I work with young adults through later adulthood (18 and up) who are navigating life's biggest changes. Whether you're starting college, building a career, getting married, becoming a parent, navigating divorce, grieving a loss, or simply feeling stuck, life's transitions can feel overwhelming—even when they're welcome ones. I also specialize in working with childhood, developmental, and complex trauma, including survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and other experiences of interpersonal violence that impact sense of safety, self-worth, or connection with your body.
Together, we'll explore how past experiences continue to shape your relationships, emotions, and sense of self while building new ways of coping and healing. Using a trauma-informed, relationship-first approach. I provide a supportive, relationship-centered space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with compassion.
Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help process experiences at your own pace, reduce distress, and build a life guided by values—not trauma. Let’s get started—your story is worth telling, and your healing is worth the work.

I love working with clients who are rediscovering themselves and working to instill new belief systems. During our initial sessions, we will begin the sharing process around what currently is bringing you to therapy and continue with these needs throughout our time together. We will continue checking in with one another to ensure you are receiving what you need out of the therapy process.

EMDR is a therapy that helps you process uncomfortable, often times traumatic, memories. While focusing on a memory, your therapist guides your eye movements or taps. This action helps your brain "reprocess" the memory or memories so they feel less upsetting over time. It's gentle, structured, and often brings long-term relief.
