I strive to make therapy an affirming space for clients from all backgrounds, and to normalize and validate the human experience. I have experience working with a wide array of populations and presentations. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ folks, couples, teens (16+), faith concerns, and trauma. I strongly believe my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my job is to provide a space that fosters safety, curiosity, and support as you work to improve your relationship with yourself, the people in your life, and the world around you. We'll work together to ensure you are getting the help you need.
My approach isn’t one-size fits all: it matters to me that your course of treatment fits your needs and personality. I tailor all treatment plans individually. I have specialized trainings in ART, IFS, and Brainspotting, and may integrate these and other evidence based practices depending on your needs, goals, and preferences.
