I pull from a variety of approaches including somatics, trauma-informed mindfulness (MBSR), IFS, ACT, EFT, Havening Trauma Reprocessing, attachment theory, and existentialism.
We all develop unhelpful coping mechanisms and repeat relational patterns that we learned in childhood.
