I work with adolescents (16+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and identity exploration. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. I strive to create a space where clients can show up as they are, feel supported without judgment, and have the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systemic perspectives. I help clients explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while considering the experiences that shaped them. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change aligned with their values and goals.
