We all find ourselves struggling with big emotions at times whether it's sadness, anxiety, anger or guilt and it can be hard to communicate and cope during these times. I am here to help you navigate these emotions and life difficulties. I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults (10yr-50yr). I work with client who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger, behavioral concerns, family conflict, and parenting skills.
I provide a person centred approach and the following evidence based practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR, and Eco-systemic Structural Family therapy (ESFT). I love bringing in other elements such as art, movement, and writing into my practice to help everyone find a healthy way to express themselves.
I work to provide a safe, inclusive and warm atmosphere for everyone. I believe that as a therapist it is my job to meet you where you are at and that finding the right fit is the first step into making a positive change.
