Hi all! I provide individual therapy to children, youth, and young adults. My main counseling approach is a holistic person-centered approach with strength-based language. I can help with coping skills, self-regulation, and behavior concerns through a trauma-informed lens.
I strive to be inclusive to all providing a safe space where Clients can feel heard, accepted, and validated while processing and working through their current difficulties.
