I am a trauma-informed, licensed clinical psychologist who works primarily with late adolescents and adults. I enjoy working with anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and is craving more meaningful and satisfying relationships. Although I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, I have specialized training in working with the impacts of traumatic experiences and how this informs our view of self in relationships (both romantic and non-romantic). I also have special interests in social anxiety, identity development, and attachment-related difficulties.
My view of therapy tends to be relationally-oriented, meaning that I pay particular attention to the importance of current and past relationships and how relationships may impact the view of the self. I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship in helping to build more fulfilling connections.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process in which we work together to facilitate self-exploration and enhance your sense of overall well-being. Our therapeutic process will be individualized and focused on your goals and helping you to live life in a more meaningful way.
