I have specialized training in women's health, pregnancy and postpartum issues, and those recovering from traumatic events.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Theraplay techniques.
