I specialize in trauma recovery and am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also support people living with OCD, anxiety, panic, and depression, using evidence-based approaches like ERP, CBT, and ACT. In addition, I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and work closely with clients through pregnancy and the postpartum period.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I take therapy seriously, but I also believe there’s room for humanity in it, including moments of relief, humor, and connection. Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and supportive.
