With over a decade of experience in the social service industry, my holistic approach bridges the gap between the “old school” and the “new age.” I draw upon cognitive-behavioral, multicultural & feminist theories, & a mindful-psycho-somatic therapy: Hakomi. My studies in yoga, dance, and the law of attraction also inform my work.
