I like to use a client-centered approach to allow space for my clients to take the lead in their sessions. Then, I am able to utilize modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and solution-focused therapy to continue supporting my clients through their process. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, general life stress, and more.
