Currently supervising a master's-level intern offering reduced-cost sessions.
My approach is deeply relational and attachment based— real change often happens through experience, not just thought. In our sessions, we focus on the present moment, exploring what’s alive for you through experiential and somatic work. My goal is to support you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we will gently notice the patterns that make you feel stuck (i.e any dissociation, stored trauma memory, or limiting beliefs), uncover what you truly need and desire, and offer your nervous system and body a chance to find more ease and balance.
I have extensive training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. I am passionate about supporting people impacted by depression, family and early relational wounding, addiction, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence.
My desire is to provide a safe space and a supportive relationship for you to move toward feeling more at home in your skin, more present in your life, and more authentically connected to the people and world around you.
