My name is Kaylani Rosado and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Middletown, CT and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and young adults. My specialty areas include: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and stress using a Cognitive Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing approach to empower my clients to use the strengths they already have within them to create positive, healthy changes in their own lives.
I have discovered that my approach is a great fit for teens and young adults, especially individuals of color, who may be challenged by life circumstances, generational trauma, and social pressure. This often leads to anxiety, depression, struggles with executive functioning, and overwhelming stress.
I work with my clients to empower them by providing insights, coping strategies, and direct feedback so that I can support them in becoming confident and purposeful individuals ready to take on life hurdles.
