My goals as your counselor are to help you identify your perspective, help you become your best self and develop ways to better manage the stressors of life. We create, set and work through your goals together, as the sessions are tailored to your needs. I understand that having a busy work schedule, making family time, and/or unforeseen circumstances occur so I am available for video sessions for your convenience. I have worked with a multitude of clients from different backgrounds and age groups, ranging from adolescent to adult. My specialties include depression, anxiety and stress. Some topics include trauma, PTSD, school issues, family conflict, self-esteem, mood disorders, personality disorders and immigration assessments.
