While I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals and don’t limit myself to an “ideal” client, I am especially passionate about supporting women and people of color. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and concerns related to women’s mental health. I help them develop effective coping skills, deepen emotional awareness, and navigate experiences within their cultural context. My clients seek to feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I provide a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space tailored to your unique journey. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address emotional challenges, shift unhelpful patterns, and support your goals. My approach is personalized, relevant, and focused on meaningful change.
I know it takes courage to seek support and begin exploring what brought you here. Whatever you’re carrying—anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges—you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to listen without judgment and work with you to build the tools for lasting well-being. When you’re ready, I’m here to start that conversation.
