When you're exhausted but can't sleep, overwhelmed but expected to hold it together, therapy can be a place to exhale. I work with individuals facing reproductive mental health challenges, postpartum anxiety, burnout, addiction, and life transitions—such as parenthood, grief, or career changes. You might feel lonely, irritable, or not quite like yourself. Together, we’ll slow down, uncover what’s driving your pain, and create space for healing. My path to therapy began when I witnessed close friends return from war deeply changed and unsupported. I transitioned from public relations to social work to be part of the solution.
Years later, after the birth of my first child and my own experience with postpartum depression, I earned a certification in perinatal mental health. I’ve worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and maternity units—offering support in both the joy and heartbreak of new parenthood.
In therapy, I show up with warmth, honesty, and steadiness. I take time to get to know who you are and what matters to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, so you can move through pain, reconnect with yourself, and find a path forward that feels sustainable and real.
