Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with young adults. I work with individuals navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image, OCD, and relationship issues.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I tailor treatment to each individual. I’m trained in EMDR and draw from several modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
