I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. I focus on familial, platonic, and relational dynamics as a systems therapist. I use play therapy, narrative, experiential, EMDR and IFS-informed approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed.
