I earned my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages and life stages. I have a special passion for working with adolescents and teens as they navigate the challenges of growing up, identity, and relationships. I take a systemic approach to therapy, meaning I consider how relationships, environments, and life experiences shape each person’s story. My work is grounded in collaboration and compassion.
I have an eclectic counseling style, so I draw from various theories based on the needs of my clients. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strength-based practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I became a counselor because I love hearing peoples' stories. My main desire is for each person who comes into my office to feel truly seen and listened.
