About
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I have experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. All are welcome. I work with adolescents and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship struggles, LGBTQ+ issues, managing work/life balance, self-esteem, maladaptive coping skills, and interpersonal skills. I take an individualized approach to therapy and customize treatment to each client’s specific needs. I work with clients to create an environment that is open, safe, nonjudgmental, and best suited to foster growth.
I utilize interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness in my work with clients.
Life has been hard for many over the past few years. Contact my office to chat about how we can work together and get through it. Office hours - Monday through Thursday 9am - 6pm.
