I work with couples struggling with life stressors + big emotions + ADHD / You both carry a lot- responsibilities, daily stress and outside expectations. You love each other, but overtime, things have gotten harder. Maybe you've taken on a lot of the responsibilities but you try not to complain too much. You don't want to hurt your partner feelings or stress them out. You still see the good in them. But when it comes to harder conversations, something gets missed or conflict pattern keeps happening.
We slow things down as we make space for hard conversations. When you feel overwhelmed, I'll be right there to guide you both to connection and deeper understanding. Women Impacted by Infidelity
Join an intimate support group of 3-5 women who have been impacted by infidelity or been hurt by their partner(s). Whether you have been affected recently or years ago, this is a space for community, healing, and exploration. Together we offer support to one another as we navigate the complexities of healing. Meetings are held 2x a month and we are always welcoming new group members.

Join a small group of women, who identify as Black to process feelings about politics and relationship issues.
