Are you a teenager that has been struggling with feeling extreme emotions? Do you or a family member keep finding yourselves in crisis? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Happier? Now more than ever, teens and their families are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, emotions and their lives.
Pushing away your needs and not finding healthy ways to cope can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live a better life. This is why I am so passionate about helping teens and their families navigate these stressors.
We start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. We help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. My office is an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule.
Helping people live a better life is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a traumatic event - it could be changing a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to achieve positive growth and to support them in their healing journey.
