My approach is kind and gentle. We will focus on processing traumatic or distressing experiences that continue to affect your present life, while allowing us to compassionately understand and heal the different “parts” of ourselves. Through this work, many clients begin to experience deeper self-understanding, self compassion, and healthier relationships.
Together, we will work toward helping you feel more emotionally grounded, connected, confident, and empowered in your daily life. You will begin to feel more present, more secure within yourself. I provide individual therapy for adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware and offer telehealh for Delaware.
