I know how infuriating it can be to find a therapist you can connect with, as I have personally fired 6 out of 7 of my own therapists. It’s important to note that I’m not your “typical therapist” (I dye my hair bright colors, will curse with you during sessions, and actively compete in powerlifting).
I believe that any strong therapeutic relationship is built on collaboration, honesty, and the belief that change is possible. My work is rooted in shared humor, truth without judgment, a holistic approach to the mind/body connection, and building on individual strengths.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist (1 out of 5 in the Lehigh Valley). I graduated from Kutztown University in 2014 with my Master’s in Social Work.
