As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I can work with you to create a safe space to explore the things that keep you stuck and address the roots of these issues rather than just the symptoms. Sessions can address depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, family of origin issues, stress management, anger, self-image issues, self-esteem, and difficult life adjustments. I also have experience assisting individuals who are recovering from chemical dependency.
I work from a strength-based perspective to implement an integrative approach of evidence-based treatment designed for the individual needs of each patient. The goal is for all of my clients to improve their overall mental health and for them all to feel a sense of peace as a result of the counseling experience.
