My priority is to develop a safe and collaborative environment in which I guide you toward recognizing your potential, strengths, and ability to solve problems. I focus on supporting people struggling with anxiety, mood, and trauma/stressor disorders, as well as general life stress. I use a compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help you better understand and navigate the highs and lows that naturally happen throughout life.

I prioritize a client-centered approach, which means that we collaborate throughout the whole therapy process. People have more success when they play a part in choosing their goals and giving feedback.
