Life is really hard sometimes and we all need someone we can talk to. I would love to be that person for you. My counseling passions: are anxiety, depression, career challenges, marital challenges, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief/loss, life transitions, and those that just need to talk. My goal is to help you navigate life’s difficult challenges. I am happy to listen to your story and empathize during difficult moments. I aim to provide a safe and comforting space for you to share what is going on in your life. And together we can come up with a plan to help you meet your goals and heal in a way that is needed.
I have a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in marriage, couple and family counseling. I have spent most of my career working with individuals and families experiencing poverty, major medical challenges and individuals who have physical or intellectual disabilities.
My approach to counseling is to be curious and kind. I believe we are all different and therefore I use different types of counseling approaches to help each person in the way they need it. I am currently available for telehealth services as well as in-person services.
