I've always felt passionate about working through the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence, and my goal is to help individuals who have ADHD and autism work through their own unique challenges in order to better understand their personal strengths that come out of being neurodivergent. This thought process can apply to anyone who feels they are in need of therapy for emotional support, though. I want clients to have a better day-to-day life as a result of working with me on any issues that currently feel like major barriers to their overall happiness.
I have extensive experience working with children/adolescents, specifically with struggles around daily functioning for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or symptoms of ADHD. However, I'm experienced with a vast age range and other areas of concern, too. I typically use a blend of client centered and cognitive behavioral approaches in session.
It would be an honor to speak with anyone in more detail about how I can potentially better support you. Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you as a client is one of the most important components of therapy, so we want to set you up for success from the start!
