I've always felt passionate about working through the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence, and my goal is to help individuals of all ages work through their own unique struggles in order to better understand their personal strengths. Many times we don't recognize this in our own selves until we have the right support. While I enjoy focusing on neurodivergence, this thought process can apply to anyone who feels they are in need of therapy for emotional support- not just those struggling with ADHD or autism. I want a clients to feel their emotional regulation around day to day struggles has improved after working with me.
I have extensive experience working with struggles around daily functioning for anyone experiencing ADHD, autism, anxiety, ongoing anger, and depression. While I am most experienced with children and adolescents, I'm comfortable with any age range. I typically use a blend of client centered and cognitive behavioral approaches in session.
It would be an honor to speak with anyone in more detail about how I can potentially better support you. Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you as a client is one of the most important components of therapy, so we want to set you up for success from the start!
