About
As a counselor, it is my hope is to create a space where individual's feel safe and can express themselves freely without judgment or fear. My goal is to work collaboratively with each individual to build an understanding of how present and past events, emotional experiences, and relationships have shaped their life to help improve their path of emotional well-being.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, grief and loss, and relationship/family issues. By utilizing an integrative and evidence-based approach to therapy, I am able to provide a wholesome, person-centered course of treatment.
