I am deeply passionate about supporting women during the perinatal period and walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most tender experiences. I work with clients navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, infant and child loss, grief, trauma, and recovery from abuse. I also support individuals and couples facing family conflict, relationship stress, and major life transitions. As a single parent, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy space.

I can help by helping you see your strengths and improving your quality of life. I hold an advanced training certificate in perinatal mental health that allows me to properly support clients in the perinatal period and those working through Infertility. I assist couples work through conflict and rebuilding their relationship utilizing the Gottman Method.
