I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling with 1 year of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping adults and seniors manage anxiety and heal from parental trauma. I also have experience supporting individuals as they manage depression, adjust to life changes, and recover from traumatic situations.
I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2024. I integrate a faith-based approach into cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies to help clients achieve their goals.
