Here's how I can keep going with you so you don't have to go alone: My specialization is in trauma recovery, particularly in addressing infidelity, betrayal trauma, and relational distress related to sex addiction or compulsive sexual behaviors. Whether you're navigating the pain of betrayal or working together to rebuild trust, you're not alone. I'm certified in betrayal trauma and partner recovery (CPTT, CCBRT) through IITAP, and EMDR-trained through EMDRIA. I also help those with anxiety, depression, and panic struggles in a safe, compassionate space.
Through compassion and empathy, I partner with clients to begin their healing journey. I seek first to understand their story, providing a safe and secure place to process the pain. A support group for women who have experienced Intimate Partner Betrayal, offering a safe, compassionate space to process your pain with others who understand the emotional impact. Whether you’re facing the aftermath of infidelity, hidden addiction, or ongoing deception, you are not alone. Together, we will process Betrayal Trauma and how it has affected your sense of safety, identity, and trust. You'll gain practical tools and coping skills to care for yourself during recovery, learn how to navigate your partner's behaviors—including gaslighting, denial, or shame—and develop the relationship skills needed during this tender time.
