Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit matters. I am currently accepting new clients and offer private-pay counseling in rural Oklahoma, with both in-person and telehealth options available.
I provide individualized, compassionate counseling tailored to each person’s unique needs, recognizing that no two healing journeys look the same. My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms.
Therapy may include exploring how past experiences continue to impact the present, building mindfulness and practical coping skills for daily life, and clarifying values, goals, and a sense of purpose moving forward. I also offer EMDR and trauma-focused counseling for individuals working through traumatic or distressing experiences.
