I am passionate about helping adolescents & adults overcome eating and feeding disorders, as well as disordered eating habits. I've been a Registered Dietitian (RD) since 2019 and I am going to school for my Master's in Behavioral Health Psychology to become an LPC, which will help me provide more well-rounded care. As an RD, I am prepared to support recovery in multiple ways, such as helping with food exposures, creating meal plans, providing encouragement, etc.
Life should be about enjoying the little things: Grandma's famous cookies, cake on your birthday, fresh fruit from the farmer's market.
