About
*NOT currently accepting new clients* The biggest step to making a positive change is the very first one, and it's likely the one you're taking right now. Why not have a little guidance while you're navigating through it? I set out to become a therapist because I saw need in the world for working through difficulties rather than around them. My goal is to help my clients strengthen the tools that they already have in their arsenal to combat symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, everyday stress, and more.
Along the way, I will also help you to develop new new skills so that you feel ready and able to take on the world. I work primarily through an empowerment lens and hope that my clients leave feeling capable and strong. I am always thrilled to celebrate even the tiniest accomplishments with you!
Therapy is a safe and confidential place for you to discuss both your struggles and your joys. My hope is to hold space for you in a positive, non-judgmental place in which you are able to freely express yourself. Let’s get to work!
