When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My goal as a therapist is to elicit healing for people who have experienced these emotions come to surface and help them recognize how to work through their stressful thought processes. I work with clients who include adolescent teens, adults, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
I have a deep understanding that no single approach is fitting for every individual and therefore have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectic Behavioral therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy to treat anxiety, codependency, depression, and trauma recovery.
