One of my greatest joys as a psychotherapist is having the privilege of offering support, empathy, and compassion, as someone discovers healing and happiness. The coaching relationship is one that should be validating, comforting, exciting, and powerful! I strive to use a holistic approach so that we can meet your specific needs. It is my hope that in working together, we can celebrate your resilience and successes every step of the way. I offer support for various concerns, such as anxiety, eating disorders, sexual concerns, and adjustment issues.
I was led to be a helper following the recovery from my own eating disorder. I found the impact of support in others. After receiving my B.S. in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, I worked inpatient mental health care, which led me to return to get my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
