I specialize in complicated cases where people may have multiple psychiatric disorders, other medical conditions, personality disorders, or long-standing problems that they have had trouble resolving. My clients get "unstuck" by identifying and changing long-standing patterns of unhealthy behaviors and/or ways of thinking so they can achieve their goals, improve quality of life, and increase overall life satisfaction. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology (specialization in Adults) from the University of Miami, completed my predoctoral training at VA Boston, and postdoctoral training at the Miami VA. I have extensive experience providing mental health services at all levels of care. I'm currently a faculty member and Director of the Anxiety Treatment Center at NSU.
