I have been working for 7 years in the addiction field since moving from MI to KY. I have worked with a wide variety of client concerns including depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, trauma, substance use, and relationship stressors and life adjustments. I have used DBT, CBT, Strengths-based approaches, solutions based, and mindfulness interventions.
