I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and have found great meaning and satisfaction working with those navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, depression and survivors of trauma and traumatic events.
These experiences can often leave us feeling stuck as we try to navigate the devastating landscape. I aim to help you become unstuck and walk with you. My approach is genuine, compassionate, non-judgmental, and constructive. I use a holistic approach where we consider the mind, body, and spirit.
My therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in and provide EMDR. You are not alone in this journey navigating trauma, depression/anxiety or grief/loss/illness, I am here to hear you and your story, an honor I do not take lightly.
