Currently, she is enrolled in the Certification for Sex Therapy program at Sexual Health Alliance based in Denver, Colorado. Kayla specializes in sex therapy, using a nonjudgmental, sex-positive approach to address sex and sexuality-related issues for couples, individuals, and people of all genders
Beyond sex therapy, she has experience working with trauma, women’s issues, polyamory/consensual non-monogamy, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. Kayla uses a person-centered, holistic, and inclusive approach in her therapy practice, while incorporating various modalities, including DBT, IFS, EFT and Gottman Method.
Kayla works alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and helps them get back in touch with their most authentic selves. She welcomes all identities in her practice and provides a safe, affirmative space for clients to receive support.
