I use EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and attachment-based support, always at your pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and move toward relief, clarity, and trust in yourself.
I’m also a human who knows what it’s like to feel lost in your own story. I bring that lived understanding to our sessions, offering compassion without pressure, curiosity without judgment, and the belief that you make sense.
