I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 3 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and unexpected stressors. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, impulsivity, self-esteem concerns, and sexuality- and gender-related issues. I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Sam Houston State University. My background includes work in educational and clinical settings, which allows me to bring a developmentally informed and collaborative approach to care.
