I’m a trauma-focused Therapist that treats relational wounds (including emotional and spiritual abuse/neglect). My approach is centered on developing our therapeutic relationship from a client-centered, attachment-based and holistic perspective. I'm a patterns-based thinker and help my clients notice and break out of unhelpful cycles or beliefs.
In my free consultation calls, the feedback I hear most is "you're so easy to talk to." I am inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming. As an out lesbian, I enjoy working with queer clients, especially clients who don’t want therapy to focus on their identity or sexuality, but need a therapist that understands how those realities impact their daily life.
