I love supporting fellow parents or parents-to-be, those going through life transitions, deconstructing their faith, and folks on identity journeys. Helping people set boundaries, break out of unhelpful patterns, and live a more authentic life is my goal. I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist, and am experienced supporting those with infertility, loss, termination for medical reasons, and birth trauma. I am an LGBTQ+ Ally, believe Black and Brown lives matter, and provide nonjudgmental support around pregnancy, parenting, and reproductive choices.
I utilize EMDR and CBT most frequently in my sessions, working through an attachment lens. I offer actionable steps each session, coping skills, and grounding techniques, to get you functioning and feeling better, sooner.
Finding a good therapist, with availability, who is also in network can feel impossible! I hope to talk more with you to see if we are a good fit for each other. If not, I am happy to help you find someone else who might be able to help you on your healing journey.
