My passion is working with individuals experiencing symptoms of generational/childhood trauma, PTSD, survivors of sexual assault, anxiety, life transitions, perinatal mood disorders, and women's issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness.
I am trained in perinatal mood disorders through PSI. I utilize a strong collaborative approach within my sessions and acknowledge how difficult these experiences are, explore how these experiences are impacting your life, and identify how we can work together to achieve your goals!
