I have a special focus on working with “fellow helpers” — teachers, nurses, therapists, and others who spend so much of their time caring for everyone else that their own needs get pushed aside. Therapy becomes a space that is fully yours — supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on you.
My approach is rooted in CBT and DBT and always tailored to your needs.
With over 12 years of experience, I’ve worked across both clinical & educational settings, including college counseling, outpatient programs, and leadership roles overseeing multiple behavioral health sites. This allows me to bring both depth & perspective to the work we do together.
