About
Navigating life’s ups and downs can often be challenging. My goal as a therapist is to join with my client, and to empower them on their journey to find resiliency and healing. I believe that counseling can be one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. I’m passionate about walking along side of you as you grow and provide practical techniques and resources for you to navigate through life feeling more confident and empowered.
My approach is client focused, strength based, and relationship centered. I work with individuals from many different walks of life. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples working through many different issues.
I believe that the bravest thing you can do, is ask for help. Taking the first step to reach out for support takes courage, I hope to empower you to take this step! I cannot wait to join you on this journey.
