It's especially rewarding to work with queer and neurodivergent folks who have spent ages trying to squeeze themselves into boxes that just never felt right. As someone who's queer and asexual myself, I aim to be the kind of therapist I wish I'd had growing up – someone who really listens and gives you the space to discover yourself, rather than dictating who you should be. This might mean learning to work with your brain instead of against it, exploring your gender or sexuality, or ditching the old rules you've been told you have to live by.
My style is all about curiosity, collaboration, and kindness. I really connect with young adults who are wrestling with anxiety, depression, shame, figuring out who they are, and that nagging feeling of being either "too much" or "not enough." I have extra training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
