I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, and trauma. In my practice I additionally offer specialized care for athletes looking to strengthen their relationship with sport and therapists seeking their own safe space to land. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet internally feel disconnected or quietly overwhelmed. Often, they aren’t just looking for symptom relief - they’re wanting to feel more at home within themselves.

I am formally trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrate relational, values-based, and systems-informed approaches into my work. Rather than trying to eliminate behaviors or silence parts of ourselves, my clients and I approach them with curiosity and compassion allowing for stronger feelings of authenticity and connectedness.

Outside of the office, I’m a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, a lifelong athlete and mover, and an avid reader (thrillers and memoirs!)

Unraveling Body Image: an IFS based group

This VIRTUAL group offers a supportive space for women in their 20s and 30s to begin healing their relationship with body image and reconnect with themselves. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, we’ll explore the inner “parts” that carry self-criticism, perfectionism, insecurity, and fear—while strengthening the compassionate, confident Self within. Together, members will build self-trust, body respect, and gain lasting tools for healing in a space rooted in connection, courage, and authenticity.
