No matter the stressor, I will create a safe place and provide you with resources and strategies to overcome all sorts of life’s challenges. Some of these stressors may include career planning, anger management, anxiety management, trust issues, relationship issues and traumatizing events.
My practice is eclectic because I believe that the same interventions may not work for everyone. In order to best serve my community, I pull from Trust-Based Relational Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Person Centered Therapy, Buddhist Psychology, and more.
When is the best time for change? When you're ready. Once you're ready, we can work together to accomplish those big goals like, I want to be happy and I want to let go of my past. It won't all be easy or fun, but it will be worth it.
